Request Account & Data Deletion

If you have an account in the One Step Solution app (by Trans-West Process Solutions) and want your account and associated data permanently deleted, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email or call us using the contact details below. Use the same email address or phone number associated with your One Step Solution account so we can identify it.
- Clearly state that you want to delete your account and all associated data.
- We will confirm your identity (e.g. by replying to your email or verifying your phone number) and then process the deletion. We will complete the deletion within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days of your request.
What we delete
When we delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account (email, password, profile)
- Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and address (including unit/suite number)
- Your profile photo
- Any quote requests submitted while logged in (contact details and descriptions linked to your account)
What we may keep
We may retain:
- Quote records for business and legal purposes — For example, anonymous or summarized information needed for accounting, tax, or warranty purposes (e.g. that a quote was provided on a certain date), where we have removed or de-identified your personal details where possible.
- Backups — Data may remain in backup systems for a limited period (e.g. up to 90 days) before being overwritten. Backups are not used for active processing.
We do not use retained information for marketing or to contact you after your account is deleted.
